Refund Policy

Transparent and fair refund guidelines for our users and partners.

1. General Policy

All payments made on CarCall are non-refundable, except in specific cases mentioned below. We strive to provide the best service, but due to the nature of our digital and physical products, certain restrictions apply.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Duplicate payment is made
  • Payment is successful but service not delivered
  • Technical errors caused incorrect charges

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Activated QR codes
  • Completed services
  • Commission payouts
  • User errors (wrong number, incorrect data)

4. Withdrawal vs Refund

  • Wallet withdrawals are not refunds. They are payouts of earned commissions.
  • Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact support at: info@carcall.in
  • Provide transaction details (Transaction ID, Date, Amount)
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund timelines may depend on your bank's processing times and our payment provider policies.
